3D Design Service
Every project begins with a computer-generated 3D design, walked through with you step-by-step. Full-colour prints, room-by-room views, finishes and fittings — all visualised, all yours to take away, all revised as many times as you need.
How We Work
From the first home visit to the final clean-down, every part of the project is led by Ian personally and delivered by a small, handpicked team. No subcontractor surprises, no missed days, no mess left behind.
Ian visits in person to listen, look and learn. We talk through your aspirations, assess the space, take precise measurements, and leave you with a draft layout proposal to consider.
Your design is brought to life in 3D and walked through with you step-by-step. You'll receive full-colour prints, an itemised quotation, and the benefit of our negotiated supplier discounts — passed directly on to you.
Ian is hands-on throughout the build, working alongside a few handpicked craftsmen. A completion schedule is provided in advance — and we treat your home like our own from day one to handover.
